[Michlib-l] RFP advertisement

[Perri Saunders]

We have a bidding policy (that might need updating) that states we must
advertise a Request for Proposal in at least two newspapers.
How do you get the word out?  I will put the abbreviated information in the
newspapers, but do you use social media? or another outlet?
