[Michlib-l] Extra Seed Library seed donations up for grabs

Hello other Michigan Seed Libraries!

We had some bulk seeds generously donated by True Leaf Market earlier in the year. We have split some up to put in the seed libraries we have at two of our branches but there is far more than our patrons will likely use and would love to pass these on to another seed library.

My guess is that these seeds are from 2024 at least, if not older, but if you would like to try them in your seed library please email me your Rides code and they can be all yours. I can possibly even split them up some more if you don't mind them going into a basic sandwich bag, but we do not have a scale here so seeds amounts will be complete estimates.

We already have plenty of these types in our seed libraries, so did not even open the following:

  *
1lb of Mustard - Mizuna Lime Streaks
  *
~ 8 oz of Chinese Cabbage (Vitaminna)
  *
1oz Curled Cress (but enough to make up 15-20 individual packets, if not more)

Then what's left of some of the bulk packs we opened and split up:

  *
Half a very large bag of Bottle Gourd (sorry no weight was listed)
  *
~1oz of Organic German Giant Radish
  *
>2oz of Long Island Improved Brussels Sprouts (Please note: this is apparently a microgreen-type of sprout according to True Leaf Market's website)

I have pictures of the bulk seed packets to give a better idea of how many seeds we're talking about but the photos are too large for Michlib, but I can directly email them to individuals if anyone is interested.
