Hello!

If you run programs for children or teens that use small appliances such as
sewing machines, irons, or any other thing that could potentially cause
injury, do you have any age restrictions at your programs? For example, 13
years and older can use the appliance independently, whereas anyone younger
needs adult supervision?

Furthermore, do you require adults to sign a liability waiver for their
child under 18 to use any of these small appliances?

Thanks,
Elissa
