[Michlib-l] Program activities where you require the Presenter to have Liability Insurance

Not wanting to reinvent the wheel, I'm hoping someone might have a good
list of program types that you would require the presenter to have
liability insurance before presenting? Thinking of things that involve
swords, or fire-breathers, those are obvious things that we would want the
presenter to have their own liability insurance for and provide us with a
copy, but what about bringing in birds of prey, or audience participation
with building something with electricity, etc.
It would be nice to have a comprehensive list of these activities that our
department heads can refer to instead of asking admin each time if _______
program will need liability insurance.
