Motivating Employees to Be Their Best: Wednesday, July 23, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern (9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central). This course is designed to help you discover how to tailor your leadership and communication style to better suit the needs of your employees. As a result, you will be able to create a shared vision for your organization or team, build group identity, create a culture of ownership, and establish a more collaborative, inspiring work environment.
