Hi Jolene,

I highly recommend Bevin Cohen of Small House Farm.  He lives in Sanford so
he is in your area.  We have had him here for two different programs in the
past and will have him back twice more this growing season.  He has
published a selection of books on different gardening related topics as
well.  You can get more info on his website www.smallhousefarm.com and
browse his calendar to see his availability.  Please let me know what other
