Good morning, everyone,
This is a question for anyone who uses SIRSIDynix Symphony (Workflows)... When using either "fine-free Discharge" or "check-in," how many times do you scan the item to be considered "checked-in"?
We were originally told to check in/or scan every item twice until the item said "item not charged" in the message area to the right.
Does it matter if you only check in an item once?
Could this be an issue with the scanners being used?
Just trying to figure out what is best for us and save our staff a little extra time if we can.
Thank you!!
Zac Larson
