[Michlib-l] Toledo War - a historical presentation at the Romeo District Library on September 18

Hello,

Research librarian and published local historian Alan Naldrett will give 
a presentation at the Romeo District Library on the Toledo War, the 
relatively little-known conflict between Michigan and Ohio which is 
continued today in their famed collegiate sports rivalry.  The talk will 
cover such topics as the players involved, the strategies of the armies, 
and the background behind the entire conflict.

He will be presenting on Wednesday, September 18 at 7:00 PM at the Romeo 
District Library's Graubner Library, located at 65821 Van Dyke in 
Washington Township.
Refreshments will be served and no registration is required!

I am attaching a Powerpoint flyer with both poster-sized and 
quarter-sheet handouts if anyone would like to print some copies for 
patrons.  Thanks in advance for your consideration.
