[Michlib-l] library leasing?

[Three Oaks Township Public Library]

Hi all,
If anyone has a policy about renting or leasing library space, I would be very grateful for a copy.  Our building has a lot of unused space that could be providing revenue but we have one very troublesome board member that insists on seeing the "statute" that allows this.
