A librarian at a TLN member library sent this link to me late yesterday (thanks, Cathy). Sharing this not to favor one vendor over another but rather, because there are many Zinio subscribing public libraries in Michigan, and many more OverDrive subscribing public libraries in Michigan. This is something to watch, not to mention something to keep in mind as a potential option when your library's, or your library cooperative's, Zinio renewal time comes around.
