Dear State Representatives

This is just a For Your Information message to let you know that an error was found on the Braille Bookmarks that were sent to your libraries.  Upstart will be replacing all orders and will enclose the attached letter.



If any of your libraries contact you prior to receiving the replacements, please let them know that new ones will be coming soon.  They should be shipped on or around May 1st.
