[Michlib-l] Van Buren District Library Millage passes

Congratulations Ryan, staff and board!

I know how hard it was to pass the very first millage, and how it 
took several elections to finally win and establish the district library.

Passing an increase for 10 years is a real tribute to the great job 
you're doing at VBDL.  You've converted the skeptical and built 
support in your communities. Bravo!
