Hi Anna, We close for half days or a couple of hours early a couple of times a year for staff meetings/training with regard to new equipment so everyone is on the same page so to speak.  Thanks, Jaema Berman

I am trying to collect information for my Board on the number of libraries that conduct some sort of staff training/in-service day. If you do, are you closed for part, some, or none of a business day? If you do close what types of things do you do with your staff?
