[Michlib-l] 2018 Teen Video Challenge for Libraries Rock!

Attached are the entry forms for the Teen Video Challenge (TVC) from CSLP for 2018's Libraries Rock! I will be accepting submissions through January 31, 2018. Contest details are below. All participants filmed must have release forms signed by parent/guardian. How to Enter
1. Create your video.
2. Title your video with: "2018 TVC - Michigan - 'Unique Name'." Please choose a single name that does not include your real name.
3. Upload your video to YouTube.com or Vimeo.com
4. Fill out and sign your completed Entry & Model Release form(s). (email lancasterc5 at michigan.gov<mailto:lancasterc5 at michigan.gov> for forms)
5. E-Mail completed forms by January 31, 2018, with the subject "2018 TVC" to Cathy Lancaster, LancasterC5 at Michigan.gov
Late entries will not be considered.
Winners and Prizes
CSLP will review all state winners during March 2018. In the spring of 2018, CSLP will award each CSLP approved State Teen Video Challenge Winner $100.00 and the teen's public library a prize worth $50.00 from Upstart.
Terms and Conditions
All audio and artwork must be created by the entrant or be in the public domain and must be specified as such on the entry form. CSLP (and all CSLP member affiliates) have permission to use the "2018 Teen Video Challenge" submissions, including all work created and all intellectual property embodied therein, as per the Contest Release form.
Video Criteria for Acceptance
All videos must:
* Be 30 to 90 seconds.
* Promote the idea of using public libraries and reading.
* Include your interpretation of the 2018 CSLP teen slogan "Libraries Rock!".
* Be designed for use at any library.
* Be appropriate for viewing by audiences of all ages.
Video will be judged on the following criteria
* Creativity
* Message clarity and relevance
* Motivation and inspiration
* Overall impact
