[Michlib-l] Library Measures State by State

2018 was a great year for library ballot measures. This year American Libraries and the Public Library Association tracked 146 library referenda across the nation.  According to American Libraries Magazine, 80% of these ballot measures passed, with Michigan fortunate enough to pass more than 30 measures alone.
