[Michlib-l] Replacement fees for technology loans

Good morning,

I have been researching laptop loan policies and agreement forms and have
found a lot of great examples of each, but I am interested to learn more
about how institutions actually go about charging for lost or damaged
equipment and if there are any hiccups to be aware of from your experience
related to recovering funds.

This question is in relation to an academic institution, but information
from any type of library may be useful.
