[Michlib-l] Fun program idea - Beautifully Wrapped - Head wrapping workshop and exhibit

Zarinah is amazing!  We've hosted her twice here at Albion.  It generated
so much interest and I started a scarf club (headwrapping) and exchange
that will meet 4 times this summer.  It's definitely been a big boon for
our community and they were both very well attended. She and her team are
really approachable and she has a great perspective of the global practice
of headwrapping in faith, cultural traditions, and fashion around the world
from her study as an anthropologist.  The art displays were also very well
received.

I highly recommend Beautifully Wrapped, even as a small library.  We
partnered with the international and religion departments at a local
college and got a small grant from our community foundation.  It was
absolutely worth it.
