As part of the monthly Library Law Spotlight Webinar series, Tomorrow (March 27, 2019, at 10:30am)
There will be a FREE 45 minute webinar discussing the Fair Use under U.S. Copyright Law (17 USC), as it pertains to Public Libraries.

I will be discussing the Four Elements of Fair Use and how Libraries can analyze these elements to get a sense of whether an intended use is likely to be considered "Fair Use" under current copyright law.

After this webinar, participants may expect to :

  *   Have a basic understanding of Fair Use under U.S. Copyright law.
  *   Know the Four Elements of Fair Use
  *   Have a basic understanding of how to apply the Four Elements to an intended use in order to estimate whether an intended use could be considered fair.
