[Michlib-l] Sorenson Video Relay Service

Hi all,
     Hoping to receive some feedback from any libraries that are currently
using the Sorenson Video Relay Service, including the In-person and Video
Remote Interpreting option.  How often do you use the video relay service?
How did the set-up go?  How well does the video remote interpreting work?
