[Michlib-l] Staff phone number privacy

We actually use the RingCentral service, which has an app that we can download onto our cell phones. You go into the app and it links to our phone system at the library. So when we make outgoing calls, we don't have to be at the library, we can do it from our personal cell phones, but we are using the RingCentral app that uses the library's numbers instead. 

That explanation was convoluted, but I hope it helps!

As at least most of us are working from home these days, if your staff have to use their personal phones to call patrons, how are you ensuring staff phone number privacy? Are you using Google Voice? Or *67? If you're doing either of these, please let me know about your experience with them.
