[Michlib-l] Determining Residency and Millages for Public Library Cards

The two that Bill Bowman suggested provide the school district. One of our
contractual areas also includes a different school district. The area in
that school district have their own library. Knowing where they pay their
taxes is helpful, but not enough detail. Thank you, Bill!
