[Michlib-l] Elderly Patrons Getting a Library Card

Hello Everyone,

Does your library have a policy on elderly patrons who are unable to sign for themselves getting a library card? What do you require? Do you allow a family member to sign them up? Please let me know if you have a policy on this.
