To access the two courses visit the LM website, choose For Libraries, then Continuing Education, you will find Staff Skills Academy next, https://my.nicheacademy.com/staffskills



You can search the courses available in the academy by keyword using the search near the magnifying glass at the top of the page.



The two de-escalation courses can be found using the direct links here too:
