The first link below is to a research paper about how long the SARS-CoV-2 virus can survive on various types of surfaces.
I do not know if this was fully peer reviewed. Personally I believe the organizations involved in the research provide a certain amount of credibility.
One of the materials tested was cardboard. This is as close to a book as I have been able to locate.
