[Michlib-l] Curbside Service in light of Governor's Executive Order 2020-9 Closing Libraries

We had planned to increase the cap on our limited total items, like DVDs
and video games, and then send items out with the extended due date of
04/30 and ask for no returns at this time.  We knew we'd empty our shelves,
and we'd need to close down a few days when we come back to address all the
massive returns, but then our community would have access to those
resources.
