[Michlib-l] References for HBC Specialist Contracting for Water Damage/Mold Remediation

Hello all!

We're dealing with a large water damage and mold remediation issue here at
ADL and have been closed since August 25.  It's complicated by the fact
that our insurance is denying our claim.  I've received quotes from our
local ServPro and also HBC Specialist Contracting (hbcspec.com).  *If you
have worked with them before, please reach out by email directly to me at
director at albionlibrary.org <director at albionlibrary.org>.  I'd like to hear
about your experience.*

I've checked the No Reservation Recommendation, but there's only one entry
for water damage and mold remediation right now.
