[Michlib-l] unemployment

We have a staff member that was separated from her other job during the
shutdown and filed for unemployment.  We are now being charged for seven
weeks of unemployment when the staff members' wage never changed here at
the library.
Have any of you run into this?  I have protested, contacted, pleaded,
reported it as fraud - all to no avail.
Any advice will help!
