[Michlib-l] Reference Statistics Options

Where I work, we keep a paper tally of reference statistics that get manually entered into an Excel spreadsheet. We are interested in simplifying this process. Can you tell me what your library uses and your feedback on that method. Bonus if your method is free. Thank you!
