[Michlib-l] Reopening questions

We also have been open.  We allow computer usage and browsing for
materials.  Very few stay for long periods and we have been slow enough to
not have to worry about capacity yet.  We are allowing all magazines to be
circulated with books.  We then quarantine items for 24 hours when returned.
