[Michlib-l] Vacation/pto

Hi All!  I was curious how vacation/pto time varied in our area. (For directors, assistants and other staff.)Is it tiered? For ex: 1 week at 1-4 years, 2 weeks at 5+???  Or do you just have a set amount?Thanks for your help!!
