We hosted Author and Cook, Lisa Howard tonight, on the topic of local farmers and meat, and Lisa was amazing. She's incredibly passionate about food, sharing pertinent information that many consumers may be unaware of, and she has two cookbooks out that you may or may not have in your collections.
