[Michlib-l] Board Committee Membership

If you have library staff members, including library director, serving on
your library board committees as full voting members, I would like to hear
your experiences with this and how it works or does not work for your
library. For instance, do you have staff members on your board's Finance
committee who vote on the library's budget?
