[Michlib-l] NPR Story: Book Publishing Supply Chain Issues

I heard this on the car radio while sitting in stopped traffic on the way home from the office last night. The story pertains to bookstores. But as there was some discussion on Michlib-l concerning our own wholesaler fulfillment issues a while back I am willing to bet that at least some of this is applicable to and for libraries as well:
