The Delta Township Manager's Office will be accepting applications for the following positions at the Delta Township District Library, 5130 Davenport Road in Lansing, Michigan until Friday, September 24.

Adult Services Assistant (part-time).
Under the supervision of the Head of Adult Services, this position performs a variety of duties and responsibilities that assists in the smooth and efficient operation of the library; assists with planning and promoting adult programming; performs routine library and clerical tasks; maintains the adult section of the library including shelving items when necessary; assists as requested in other areas of the library.  Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree.  A minimum of six months library experience is preferred.

Library Services Assistant (part-time)
Performs a variety of services to patrons throughout the library and around the community. Provides reference and reader's advisory services in person, and using phone, chat, email. Performs routine library and clerical tasks. Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of six months library experience is desired.

Processing Clerk (part-time)
Under the supervision of the Head of Technical Services, this position performs a variety of duties and responsibilities that assists in the smooth and efficient operation of the library, including unpacking, receiving and routing all library material, processing and preparing library materials for cataloging including covers, stamps, barcodes and spine labels, and assists in inventory of books and materials. This position may also assist patrons at the circulation desk as requested.
