[Michlib-l] wage percentage of budget

Perri, 
We are a Class V library and I try to stay between 50-60% of revenues. For my 2022-23 budget (beginning July 1) it is 55%. I have been keeping track of Personnel Costs and other costs over the years for comparisons from year to year.
