I saw your message to MichLib-L this morning. I have attached an Excel spreadsheet showing the % of Library Expenditure spent on staffing, in a table format. This data is from our most recently available Annual Report Data collected for the FY 2020/2021 reporting period.

We're class II, but I'm interested in all sizes of libraries:
What percentage of your total budget accounts for wages and benefits?
I want to stay in line with the norm, but I don't know what the norm is.
