Hello and Happy New Year! I was researching chat apps for our site and was
wondering if any of you have one that you particularly like. For
clarification, by "chat program" I mean a chat box that pops up on your
library site that patrons can use to ask questions (meaning they can ask
live). Preferably, we would like a multi-platform chat program (meaning
they can chat live with a librarian via SMS, website, etc. Social media
integration would be preferable as well.

Some examples of these programs include LibAnswers from Springshare, Tidio,
and LiveChat. If you use any of these programs or a program LIKE these,
would you please help me out by providing the following information?

1. Name of program
2. Cost of program
3. Do you like it? Why or why not?
4. Does it get much use?
5. When did you make it available to the public?
6. Is there anything else you think I should know about this program?

Thank you in advance for any help and clarity you may be able to provide!
