Is one of your New Year’s Resolutions to get better sleep? Join the Burnette Branch of the Warren Public Library for a virtual program with Michigan State University Extension and their presentation on SLEEP (Sleep Education for Everyone Program). This evidence-based program will discuss health considerations of sleep quantity and quality, sleep hygiene, and strategies to improve sleep.
