[Michlib-l] Strategic Planning - Recommendations for consultants

Hi all,
If you've had an outside consultant assist your library with strategic planning in the last 5(ish) years, I'd love to know who you used and if you were happy with their work!

We aren't sure if we will hire a consultant, or try to do this on our own... But, more information is needed to make that decision!
