[Michlib-l] Engaging Non-Users

One of our strategic plan items is to "Engage Non-Users".  We are thinking
of mailing out postcards to expired card holders inviting them in for a
sweet and a chance at a gift card drawing.  Has anyone done something like
this and could you share your experience?  What other great ideas have you
tried to engage expired card holders?
