[Michlib-l] Halloween Make-Up

I have hired cosmetology students for Halloween Make-Up programs. If you
contact a cosmetology school, an instructor will usually choose the
students and supervise the program. Many of the cosmetology schools near me
(nowhere near you, unfortunately) do Halloween Make-Up competitions on
their social media accounts - super fun!
