5. Reimagine the Medical Library by leading its evolution into a Program
through continued growth and innovation, further development of services
and facilities, and expanded curricular integration and scholarship.
6. Lead, supervise, and evaluate library staff. Recruit new library
staff when needed.
7. Revise and administer the library’s annual budget.
8. Collaborate with Kresge Library faculty and staff to sustain a core
digital and print collection to meet the OUWB School of Medicine’s

Beaumont Health Medical Library.
10. Represent the library at the university, regional, and national
levels; engage in statewide consortial partnerships for resource and
information sharing purposes.
11. Meet all FMS tenure-track faculty responsibilities and expectations
in the areas of teaching, scholarship and service as outlined in the OUWB
Faculty Handbook, as indicated by rank.
*Minimum qualifications:*

support of medical education and research.

9. Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion
10. Membership in the Academy of Health Information Professionals (AHIP)
*Special instructions to applicants*:

transcripts (unofficial), and a diversity statement that describes your
interest or efforts in furthering diversity and inclusion. Please complete
