[Michlib-l] Question about a vampire short story anthology

Hello!
We have a patron who is searching for a favorite short story collection of
stories about vampires, printed sometime in the 1980's. The first story, as
he recalled was about a vampire colony which was located in the Arctic
Circle. Anyone have any ideas?
