[Michlib-l] Parental Leave and PTO

Hi all, 

I'm throwing this question out there again since I only got a couple responses last time - Our board wants to review our PTO and Parental leave policies. What's everyone else doing? We're class III so comparable size/budget ones are great. Thanks!
