[Michlib-l] What to do about fights on library property

We have worked with disruptive youth and had  success with enforcing bans
from *Library property* (inside and out) for a week,months  or multiple
months. And yes, we involved the police. The disruptive youth often
disappear after they turn 18-- but a new group keeps arriving....
