[Michlib-l] Annual Fall Survey- Evaluation of LSTA funded Services and Programs EXTENDED to OCT 6th

The Library of Michigan collects evaluation feedback of our services each year so we can provide data to the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) as a requirement of our Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funding grant.
Our 2023 fall survey covers the following programs:
