[Michlib-l] Puzzle Competition

Could any of you share your puzzle competition rules and/or procedures?  We
plan to hold a competition in February.
Also, is there anything that you would change from the way you did your
program?  Did all teams have the same puzzle?  Do you have puzzles to share?
