[Michlib-l] Carpet Replacement

Hi!

Our carpet is 25 years old and due for replacement, and because of the
scope of the project (58,000 sq ft) we're looking at an RFP process and
potentially breaking it into phases. Does anyone have experience with a
carpet project this big and care to share their advice? I will summarize
for the list.
