Good Morning, Everyone.

Would anyone be able to share policies or procedures you have for book 
requests like this?

Do you have a maximum number of requests a person can make per month?

Do you have an online form or do you use a paper request slip?

Do you have patrons who abuse your system and what do you do about it?
