[Michlib-l] Survive and THRIVE as a Library Director

Are you a new library director looking for guidance, or hoping to step into the role of library director but want a mentor who can answer the hard questions about the job?

The cohort is limited to 10 people who will receive 1-on-1 coaching and support from national leader and longtime library director Maxine Bleiweis<http://www.maxinebleiweis.com/Welcome_to_Maxine_Bleiweis.html>.

The program consists of a half-day in-person meeting in Ann Arbor, plus three webinar workshops in addition to direct support from Maxine.
